Roads2Work, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to preparing low- and moderate-income individuals who are unemployed, under-employed, or restored citizens for immediate employment in the transportation industry as a commercial driver.

The five(5) week Roads2Work commercial driver training program utilizes a proprietary training model that provides program participants with the career readiness, supportive services, transportation industry-specific knowledge, CDL skills training, job placement services, and immediate employment in the transportation industry as a commercial driver with starting wages of $55,000 –  $65,000, plus benefits!  90+% of Roads2Work program participants achieve CDL-license obtainment and 80+% are employed as a commercial driver in the transportation industry within 60 days of graduation.

The Roads2Work Model

In five (5) short weeks, your clients can be employed in the transportation industry as a commercial driver earning starting wages of $55,000 – $65,000, plus benefits.  

The Roads2Work commercial driver training model ensures your clients are prepared for their new career as a commercial driver.  The following Roads2Work platforms are utilized by the partners at all Roads2Work locations to manage the program and are vital to Roads2Work’s success. 

CDLSelect 

CDLSelect is the Roads2Work application utilized by all Roads2Work locations to screen, qualify, and manage the enrollment and admissions process for all program participants.  

CDLSupport 

Roads2Work partners with your local workforce development agencies, of your choosing, to provide Roads2Work support services and case management for Roads2Work program participants. 

CDLRoadmap 

CDLRoadmap is a Roads2Work proprietary transportation industry-specific career readiness training program provided to students at all Roads2Work locations. The CDLRoadmap curriculum prepares students for a commercial driver career through transportation industry-specific soft skills training modules designed to develop the transportation industry specific competencies, knowledge, and awareness necessary for a successful career as a commercial driver.

CDLSkills 

Roads2Work partners with your local CDL training organizations to provide commercial driver training to Roads2Work program participants.  Roads2Work ensures all CDL training is in accordance with both the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT) Rule and your state regulatory authority rules and regulations for commercial driver training.  

CDLConnect 

CDLConnect is the Job Placement and Employer Services platform for all Roads2Work locations. The purpose of CDLConnect is to facilitate seamless connectivity of Roads2Work program graduates with all Roads2Work employer partners through an open recruiting platform.
