Roads2Work Model

Roads2Work is an impactful solution to a major employment problem in the United States, a shortage of commercial drivers. The commercial driver shortage is projected to continue over the next two (2) decades fueled by several factors, including: an aging, retiring workforce, fewer new job entrants considering commercial driving as a career path, along with a burgeoning demand for home delivery of consumer eCommerce retail products.

The shortage of commercial drivers, projected by the American Trucking Association to rise to 175, 00 nationally by 2024, has created a life-changing opportunity for individuals to fill the immediate availability of local, regional, and national jobs in the transportation industry. Upon completion of the 5-week Roads2Work training model, program graduates will immediately pursue employment with a Roads2Work partner employers with annualized starting wages of $50,000 – $60,000, plus benefits.
